The company «Zemlya Kubani» has achieved an increase in the protein content of the final product by using selected European-grown alfalfa seed hybrids, regularly irrigating the fields with sprinkler systems, harvesting the grass during specific stages of budding, leaving the leaves on the stems, and further processing the raw material in a cyclic hot-air drying process involving brief exposure to high temperatures and high pressure.
