Since 2017, LLC «Zemlya Kubani» has been growing corn grain for the production of popcorn. We pay maximum attention to the production of this crop.  Our experts have selected the best varieties of seeds.

Grain harvesting is carried out by modern equipment of the best world manufacturers. The collected popcorn is carefully cleaned on high-tech equipment. Each batch of grain is controlled by a laboratory. Corn is grown without the use of genetically modified organisms.

Thanks to all this, we guarantee consistently high quality of our products.

The grain is accompanied by all the necessary documents (Declaration of Conformity, Test Report, Quarantine Certificate.

The production of fodder granules from alfalfa grass flour with a high protein content has been launched.

The increase in the protein content in the final product was achieved by the company through the use of selected European-made alfalfa seed hybrids, regular watering of the fields with sprinkling machines, grass harvesting during special budding phases, careful collection of haylage from the field while keeping the leaves on the stem, and further processing of raw materials in cyclic hot air drying under short-term exposure to high temperature and high pressure.

The resulting product is in the form of green granules with a characteristic smell of grass, 8 millimeters in diameter, two to three centimeters in average length, high density, low humidity, corresponds to GOST.

Adding feed pellets from alfalfa grass meal to the diet contributes to:

  • increase in the average daily cow's milk yield up to 7%
  • increase in weight gain of young cattle up to 20%
  • increase in the growth of birds up to 10%
  • increase in egg production up to 12%
  • increase in the growth of pigs up to 15%

There are no harmful compounds in the feed, there are no preservatives and binders, the granules consist of homogeneous and easily digestible fibers of alfalfa grass meal.

The flour obtained from wheat grains is used in baking bread, making pasta and confectionery   products.

Wheat is also used as a feed crop.

Among cultivated plants, wheat occupies a special place as the oldest and most significant in economic terms. Introduced into   the culture in ancient times, wheat now serves as the main supplier   of vegetable protein for most of humanity. Its global area has already exceeded 235 million hectares.

There are more than 20 types of wheat. However, in the world agricultural practice, only two are most widespread – soft, which accounts for more than 85% of the world's wheat area, and hard-with a specific weight of about 10%.

The main field of application is the production of sunflower oil used for food and technical purposes.

Large seeds of confectionery varieties of sunflower are used for food. Peeled sunflower seeds (Kernels) are used in confectionery, bakery production.

Seeds are characterized by a high content of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.

In the world agricultural production, the area of its crops annually amounts to 2.5-3 million hectares. Currently, there is a significant increase in the production of this valuable crop, primarily in the Southern, Volga and Siberian Federal Districts.

Description

One of the most important areas of the company «Zemlya Kubani» is seed production. We strictly adhere to the technology. As a result of proper management of this process, we get seeds with excellent varietal and sowing qualities that meet the requirements of the standards.

Varietal qualities of seeds are determined by:

  • strict compliance with crop rotation and agricultural technologies;
  • weighing 1000 seeds;
  • seed germination, which we have more than 99%

We control every stage of the technological process from sowing to the release of finished seeds and with full responsibility we can guarantee the highest quality of seed material.

The seed plant is equipped with Cimbria, Petkus equipment, photoelectronic separator. The plant's capacity is 4000 tons of ready-made seeds per year.
